Incredible service. I ordered flowers late on Christmas eve for a family member who lives close by. I was not expecting them to be delivered until atleast the 28th. Ordered at 1.30, delivered by 3. I've used butterflies before and the flowers always look exceptional. Thanks again, my nan was over the moon.

Absolutely unreal flowers and a perfect service as always, this florist really does not fail to impress. Always polite and easy to work deal with and go over and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. Have used butterflies for years. What really impresses me is the same day order and delivery if you are local. So fast and perfect if you randomly need to send a little cheer up bunches of beautiful flowers last minute. Excellent Service! Highly reccomend my friend was delighted with her flowers following Ill health & they certainly cheered her up no end. I rang the following morning & spoke with (apols I think she said Jennifer) who even offered send that day - a day sooner than I had selected and she was very reassuring. Absolutley amazing service. They actually contacted me the day my flowers were to be sent to inform me of a change they would suggest for the flowers I was sending which was really appreciated. I used butterflies florists before but then moved out of the area so not used them for a while but always happy with their service and flowers.

Total 1st class service from this company. Ordered abd delivered within the hour. Received a telephone call immediately after order was confirmed to discuss choice of arrangements.
