Bouquet looked beautiful when I first saw it & to their credit my wife thought so as well when I came home. However due to the very hot weather the flowers did not last as long as some I've had in the past. This is not the fault of the florist who I will be sure to use again

Absolutely unreal flowers and a perfect service as always, this florist really does not fail to impress. Always polite and easy to work deal with and go over and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. Have used butterflies for years. What really impresses me is the same day order and delivery if you are local. So fast and perfect if you randomly need to send a little cheer up bunches of beautiful flowers last minute. I had to order funeral flowers for my husbands cousin, and because of where they live I was having great difficulty until I tried this company! Within 10 minutes of me putting the order in they called and said they didn't have the correct flowers for today, asked if they could change them or deliver the ones I chose the next day. Butterflies florist was great! I made an urgent delivery order with them on the day of Valentines Day at 1Am, flowers and a Teddy, which usually needs 24hours notice. I followed up with an e-mail asking if my late order would be delivered on Valentines Day, to which I expected perhaps a "Sorry, due to short notice we can't deliver". To my pleasant surprise they e-mailed me back with "Don't worry, it's sorted". I can highly recommend them as they were very helpful. They delivered on short notice even when I didn't expect them too. They answered my e-mail and more importantly they helped me make my girlfriend very happy! 5stars! - Ray -
